| Kathleen Starr joined
AFP as a student intern in January of 1996. She became a full-time
employee upon her graduation in May of 1996 from the College of St. Rose
with a B.S. Degree in Finance. She is currently pursuing a Masters of
Business Administration degree and her Financial Paraplanner
designation. She is also a Notary Public.
Kathi's primary responsibilities
involving the Investment Allocation Service include investment research,
portfolio monitoring, coordination of transfers and investment
transactions and preparation of IAS reports. She works with Mr. Hickey
in investment management services and the financial planning process.
Kathi organizes client data, inputs information for retirement and
education projections, assists in the preparation of financial planning
recommendations and works closely with many AFP clients providing
service and assistance as needed. She also oversees systems
administration for the technology used in many of our services and
maintains the regulatory records for the firm.

Beth Ann Perry joined AFP in
August of 1999. Before joining AFP, she had been employed by another
local financial planning firm for nine years. She earned her Financial
Paraplanner designation in March of 1994. She is also a Notary Public.
Beth Ann's primary responsibilities
involving Retirement Plan Administration include providing support in
the preparation of participant statements, required filings and various
tax forms associated with those plans. She works with Mr. Carman in
Retirement Plan Administration and the financial planning process. Beth
Ann organizes client data, inputs information for retirement and
education projections, assists in the preparation of financial planning
recommendations and works closely with many AFP clients providing
service and assistance as needed. She is also the primary researcher in
many areas including the NYS Retirement System, NYS Deferred
Compensation Plan, NYS College Savings Program along with 403(b)/TSA,
TIAA/CREF and elder care issues.

Lisa Hoessle joined AFP in March
of 2000 bringing with her 15 years of experience as Assistant to the
Controller of an Albany insurance firm. She holds an A.A.S in Executive
Office Assistant and is currently pursuing her Financial Paraplanner
designation from the College for Financial Planning. She is also a
Notary Public.
Lisa is responsible for most of the
administrative and operations functions of AFP. These responsibilities
include accounts receivable/payable, client billing, data base
maintenance, data collection forms and client correspondence. She also
assists in compiling investment research and has responsibility for the
processing of tax returns, including supervision of part-time and
seasonal clerical staff. return
